Don't forget to stick them on your kitchen and refrigerator as well: folks are the places where you are most likely to be tempted to eat the 'forbidden foods' or 'cheat' on your diet program!

2. Motivation and practical goals: Now it is time to group some practical goals for by hand. To do that, you necessitate to know your ideal body weight, and then subtract that from your current body weight. The ensuing figure you now get is the amount of body weight you got to lose to acquire the kind of figure you require.
