Mind Over Lottery

How many people can state that they are playing the lottery not to win? No one right, but how many individuals play the lotteries and think to yourself I will not win or honestly believe that you will certainly win this time? This is exactly where mind over lotteries starts but what is mind over lottery anyway.
The law of attraction is the base of mind over lotteries and the law of attractions says "like attracts like." So if an individual wants to obtain money they may think "I need money" so for the people to achieve money they must focus their thoughts on (having more money) as opposed to the problem (not having money).
This may sound like a heaping pile of crap but the truth of it is that it is literally based in science. I at one time watched a movie on quantum physics and scientists discussed the world like this, every little thing and absolutely everyone in the world is enter-twined by negative and positive.
They say that everything you put out you get back, if you put out positive thoughts you get back positive and if you put out negative you get negative. This brings me back to my previous question how many occasions do you pay for a lottery ticket and honestly believe you will win?
Science has constantly shown that the world is ruled by negative and positive, all the things in the world is coupled by negative and positive. That is why mind over matter works, because that is the best way the world works.
Here is an additional thing I usually do, when you see a individual on the corner with a sign, asking for spare change, hand them some. Always remember what comes around goes around and what you put out you get back. We have all heard of karma and that is how the world responds to you, good or bad.
