Customer facing problems by TATA Motor Cars

By: Dinesh kumar

A Consumer Complaint is any communication a consumer has with your company in which 'displeasure' is expressed. It may be also described as a report in the form of documentation about a problem related to product or service by the customer. Complaints are registered with a third party but that may not satisfy the customer. Publishing complaints on highly visible websites increases the likelihood that the general public will become aware of the consumer's complaint.
For such a powerful company like TATA Motors having people complaint about the services and the manufacturing is a big deal. This implies that the standard of quality has degraded from the level that it had earlier. Competitive market have direct influence on this situation as the company marks the price low compared to the other companies, hence, the quality problem. Considering the consequence of this problem, the company must take some steps.
The complaints that are present in the sites are of various types. The servicing problems are more of a menace. This is because the servicing is not done on time. The complaints say that even when the cars are sent for change in the spare parts, the parts don’t get delivered on time. Sometimes the delivered spare parts are a wrong fit for the vehicle. The manufacturing faults are not taken care of with that care. Faulty oil tanks are a common problem along with airbags. This may cause serious accident at any point of time.
Other complaints include tyre problems and paint problems. Paints tend to worn out even after one month of purchase of the car. Tyres form bubbles in them that are in the high risk of getting burst. At times these types of problems are corrected through servicing at a service centre point. But even when the car returns healthy with good performance, other problems arises from other parts. For any person who uses a car for his own business may have to face tremendous loss due to these drawbacks.
There are even complaints about cheating and harassment by the registered dealers. A case suggests that a person had deposited a certain amount of money to book a car for himself. The company sent a positive reply by sending an SMS that the car has been delivered to a certain registered dealer. When he went to have an explanation about the car to the dealer, he was not only harassed by him, his money was also ceased. Seeking help from police was also not helpful because the money could not be gained back.
These problems may cause an ill-effect on the reputation of the company. Thus it is important for the company that the problems must be taken care of as soon as possible. Servicing must be faster and other problems must be dealt with utter care. Problems that have been taken to the court may produce a big blow for the company. Hence it must be important that without thinking about just flourishing, the quality of work be maintained.
